He's not in the roster update but when you start a franchise he's available in the free agent pool. But for some reason he's only in the ccm free agent pool not the standard roster free agent pool.

Yes I know. The menu free agent roster must have a limit or something. But thats EA for you. Strange but at least you can use them in CFM.
