Anyone got a WORKING madden 12 Franchise roster?

Anyone got a working franchise file for 2013 season on madden12 with
-Coaching changes and their style (4-3, 3-4)
-New Schedule
-Roster up-to-date
-No to minimum computer created FAs

Computer tends to release real players with high potential for "F" potential guys and whenever I edit it with the roster to get things right... it won't let me play the games..
If anyone can help me out with either solution to the problem or saved Franchise file I would appreciate it...

I'm looking for how to edit the coaches and schedule, but as for the roster problem, I've been taking control of all 32 teams and tediously managing it all.
