Yeah sure, you'll need a few programs before you start. Just follow Johnson#48's instructions & the info in the video and you should be good to go.
You'll need these programs:
- Modio or Horizon
- Bruteforce
- HxD Hex Editor
- A Roster Editor (I used this one):

1. Download a PS3 roster.
2. Open the folder in Bruteforce Save Editor.
3. Decrypt the USR-DATA file.
4. Close Bruteforce
5. Copy USR-DATA and add an .MC02 extension on the end.
6.When you've decrypted USR-DATA and added a .mc02 extension on the end, open the roster in the roster reader and export the players.
7. Open up a .mc02 file from your 360 save, and import the players.
8. Then click mass-reset depth charts-> "explicit" and save your roster.
9. Follow steps in this HexEditor video:

10. Then replace your 360 file with the .mc02 file, save rehash and resign.
