Age of ratings decline?

I know in previous years, there was a certain age where players started declining but I can't figure it out this year. Does anyone know?

When they get into their 30's. At least that's where I have seen it.

Thank you. I didn't know if they still had it that way, or modified it. I would think they'd have modified it by now seeing as some players have recently played at a high level late into their 30s. i.e. London Fletcher, Ray Lewis, Charles Woodson.
