Roster Question

Since 360 rosters have seem to be easier to edit my question is... I downloaded a updated roster for 360... my question is, I just want to be able to create players in the editor on my pc for the 360 roster... however i am very confused.. I have maddensaveeditor which just does xp which isnt what i want, however i do have Horizon... just wondering what other files do i need to edit the roster the way I want? any help is greatly appreciated..

i belive on 360 it is a file called "something.MC02 " that the editor ill open, but u must use the horizon program to decrypt the mc02 file. i have it figured out on ps3 but dont own a 360.
