Its a zip file so you need to just use a program called WinZip, and select the downloaded save (when you select the file WinZip should automatically open), then right click the "PS3" folder and extract it to your usb, or extract it to a location on your computer and then drag it into your usb, then once finished with the computer side of things plug your usb into your PS3, then go to "Save Data Utility" which is on the game tab, then select your usb, find the roster in your usb then click "triangle" and then "copy" this will put it in your system storage, then your ready to load up M12 and play

Its an easy process I just made an in depth tutorial for you because you seemed a little inexperienced with this kind of stuff.

So I have downloaded the roster, but I have a mac, no PC's in my house, modio doesn't work on macs and the windows for mac app doesn't work on my operating system as it's too old. Is there any work around for getting these rosters on my xbox 360 with a mac without using all the other programs that my mac can't run?

Click the analogue stick and choose your team. Everything is set to CPU so it will have no effect on your franchise.
