Hey, does anyone know how to change a players scheme? I imported m15 players to m25 but all the rookies are balance offense or base 4-3 and i wanted to change it to match the coach's scheme

Any help would be great

need help with this too, anybody any clue on changing a player's preferred scheme or changing the playing type?
