What, if anything, can be said about playbooks for PSP?

I've moved from PC to PS3.. can barely deal without my custom playbook. The custom playbooks for '12 are trash. Just too jumbled to use.

I saw there was a PSP to PS3 export feature for '10.. curious what the hackability of this may be?.. but I'm not going to invest hours on a fruitless endeavor. I waste enough time on my roster/franchise projects.

If it is know, please advise if the PC tools work with the PSP playbooks.

Is there an offical EA roster update for madden 13? the weeklies they released before the servers shut down Im fine with just using them?

If not anyone know how to load the rosters or if they have customer year 13, 14 or 15 or 17 rosters for example?
