Yes. 95% of rookies are blacked out and a few regular players. I would like to learn how to do this and actually put their real photo in place of the black shadow. I still rock this game just to use NCAA14.

You can't do that I don't believe. You can user other player faces to replace the shadow pictures & also use cyberfaces but you can't input real player faces into M25.

Correct. The player portraits are preloaded onto the game disc. You won't find a real portrait of any player not included on that version of Madden. Your only option is to go through a different M25 roster and make a note of portraits that look similar and enter that players portrait code into the new players so that you have a look alike portrait. (Code PSXP in the editor)

Thanks. That's what i would like to do, but I've read all kinds of threads on here and can not figure out what i need to download on my computer to make this happen. If anyone can walk me through the programs I need and a tutorial I would gladly update close to player portraits.

You need 2 programs. Bruteforce and Madden Roster Editor.

Does anyone have any past roster from the 80's or 90's? Would love to play with those players in Madden 25. Thanks!
