Reeshmd23 made that file, and I updated it. I think the issue is actually renaming the Rams to LA instead of Stl. I havent had time to work on any of this and probably wont be doing any Madden stuff in the future. I'll probably continue on NCAA though. Madden is just a bit too buggy and I dont really want to deal with all the issues as my time is very low nowadays as I am busy at work, and been working on an android NCAA sim, and some other stuff.

Is there any way to revert the teams to being St. Louis and San Diego to fix this issue?

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but no matter what I do by picking players for all teams when someone gets injured or letting the cpu do it; I can't make it to the next season. As far as I've gotten with this roster on Madden 12 on both my ps2 or my computer on pcsx2 is the off season. Once it gets down to the last roster management session it just freezes up.

Any advice?

Yes I have over and over. I was just posting as far as I've gotten is to the end of the off-season. I went through and manually did every roster move because of in season injuries and not having enough players. So if you go in and fixed the roster before you try to play the game it will let you play it or sim it. But then somewhere else whether its roster management or retiring players; at some point it will just continue to process and just freezes.

Same here, made it through the 1st season but in the off-season you can't make it past retired players without it freezing. Is it due to the salary numbers being all over the place?

Has anyone progressed farther? Not sure if someone has a working franchise save they could upload?

im trying to start a franchise in 08 or 07, but i cant find these franchise save files. where are these at?
