Before I post the Raven's CAP's I have made, here are some moves (from memory) you need to make so you have room:

Release C L. Vandermade
Release QB Josh Harris (he is on the practice squad, but will be inactive as long as Boller doesn't get hurt, and without Anthony Wright's pre0existing injury, 4 QB's hurt the rest of the teams depth)
Sign K Wade Richey (make him the KOS)
Make Mike Flynn (a RG in the update) the #1 C, make Casey Rabach (a C in the update) the #1 back-up to LG, C, RG.
Make G Bennie Anderson the #1 RG.
Make T Ethan Brooks the #1 back-up to LT, RT.
Make Damion Cook the #2 back-up at LT, RT
Make Tony Pashos the #2 back-up at LG, RG

im using todd johnson cap from last season madden..he spent most of the season on p.s and it looks good to me...ea uses the same ratings often..see nutten miller and james whitley for proof
