Fix skin tone on imported draft classes

I've imported draft classes through the madden 12 editor, but the skin tones aren't right in game, even after picking an appropriate skin toned portrait ID for the players. What step am I missing?
I even checked the skin attributes and I thought I matched them to same toned players but maybe not.

Which editor are you using? Also it might be the Face ID that doesn't match the skin tone that is selected.

When I transferred a Madden 08 roster to 04 and 05 the skin tone was wrong but when I went back and fixed the skin tone the Face ID made the player look really weird since it didn't match the skin tone.

It's just called madden 12 editor. Yeah I think you may be on to something with the face thing. I ended up having to give some of them real faces and change skin tone settings to get them right, but it was super time consuming so I only did the guys on my team LOL
