Updated CSV's for franchise modding

My qkl_patch.ast doesn't seem to be packing. The other 3 files seem to be finishing correctly with a message saying 95% or 98% etc was completed. The process for qkl_patch.ast basically says zero files were done at the end of the command line processing. In game, I have the new Browns and Buccaneers logos at the select screen, but playing as the Rams has the commentary team saying "We're in St. Louis" and the roster still has Sam Bradford at QB and Steven Jackson at RB rather than Jared Goff at QB and whomever is their RB now.
