Too bad we cant mix levels
You know, have the cpu O play @ All-pro, while you play @ All-Madden?
Where did I get this weird idea?
In an effort, like everyone else, I want this to play realistically. The sad part of this is that on ROOKIE (yes, rookie), I had a set where the CPU moved the ball in a realistic way, some punts, good passing %, played two games and had only one pick of the cpu. CPU RB's moved realistically, got great animations, and the best part was I got a pass rush where the swim, rip, or bull rush worked with the great guys. It was so beautiful to watch my guys come off the edge.
Yes, the CPU scored. I was so happy. I got the ball back and punted right away so they got it back - they moved the ball, got in the red zone but had to settle for a field goal. Still happy.
Then I tried to make it work while I was on "O"
That was a joke, even @ 0's vs 100's - and I was the Lions.
Obviously, the problem is that there is not set of sliders that can be created to not have offense be far too easy for us @ that level. Too bad EA won't let us set the CPU "O" and our "D" on Rookie, and vice versa on pro or all-pro. Maybe we just have to accept the overdone INT's.
Then again......... too bad they created human DB's with eyes in the backs of their helmets and cpu QB's who, at least twice a game, throw as if blindfolded.
