I just got a ps3 strictly for mlb the show but i still long for Madden once in awhile. Problem is everytime I read a thread it trashes the game. Is this slider set by chance for the ps3 cuz everyone says the next generation football games are horrible, but maybe your are on to something! Dowie

I've been using the same set for Ncaa for the last 2 weeks and it plays just as good. It really seperates the good from the bad teams.

Still loving these sliders. Just like XCell said, the randomness is sweet. I had back to back games where my defense just shut down the cpu running game. Then I played the Falcons and J Norwood ran for 190+ on me. (Kinda like this year when the Chargers were shutting down the run game and then A Peterson ties the record on them. Bastard.)

Same thing with my passing game. Some games I make bad reads and throw picks and just plain out suck. Then the next game i'm on and throw none. Plus I love that the receivers on both sides drop the ball with catch at 100. To top off why I love these sliders is the fact the defense can big hit you but there are few fumbles. Adds to tons of new animations.

Pretty damn good sliders!

As mentioned before, everything seems pretty realistic, if you make good reads and dont make bad throws, you will not be pciked of by that superhuman moves of cpu DBs as usual...

The only thing I changed is putting up the Human INT just one click.
I hardly ever got a pick with it beeing on 0. Now I get one eventually, depending on which QB I play against.

Still, more than one is rare, which is pretty good. When I played Miami with Beck under center, I even managed 2 Picks - which is still realistic.

Sometimes really surprising how the easy things - as in sliders - turn out to be great

very good sliders,maybe evening the sliders at both sides are the special formula for EA SPORTS games.

Maybe if you max them out.

When you start, they all at 50% for Human/CPU - which dont give you that game experience, not even close to this... Really great.

Now starting a franchise with a bad team and building up from there gives you a pretty nice feeling. You realize how your gameplay improves with better players. Now having good FAs and Draftdays pays off, cause you will actually play better the next season.

It was pouring down rain, so I don't know if or how much that affected things. Everything felt pretty good, it was a fun game to play. The only thing I'm not sure on is WR Catch at 100. I think it could be dropped to zero to make the passing game (especially for the CPU) less automatic and to reward defenders that lay the lumber.

Otherwise, awesome sliders. Simple, yet effective. Might even try these in NCAA.

if your defense gets in the line of vision of the receivers it leads to a lot of dropped passes. That's my other favorite thing about this slider set.
