They make the CPU run more, but not much more effectively.As bad as I am I have good success stopping the run. Overall they are too hard for me. Thanks for the "tweak" advise-I didn't know you could do that. I took My(lowly) Skill level of 4-8-11-18 (PASS, RUSH, PASS D, RUSH D) and set the Custom at 7-8-11-19.

yeah way too hard.

only thing good for me is rush D.

The CPU run game improved noticeably when I notched it up to 19 (REACTION TIME-0, BLOCK SHEDDING-0, TACKLING-16). A.Green had a 44 YD TD against me (Ravens), and overall did better. I must remember I'm using a pretty good Run D.

Is everybody getting a realistic number of plays with 8 minute quarters?

i think im gonna give these sliders a try. i know NJPapi has done some great sliders for madden 08 so these should be just as good.

Yes these are tough as they should be IMO.....With These, you really have to put a lot of emphasis on 1st and 2nd Downs and making sure you set up a decent 3rd.

3rd and longs with these are scary

these are good sliders except that there are too many easy dropped passes even from really good receivers and the scores for some of my games are a bit too high.
