Re: Vince's custom sliders.

started a franchise with these and played a couple games and I'm still struggling to run the ball, I'm seeing some improvements though. cpu on offense is smooth, having really competitive games mainly because I cant score yet, but I'm still getting the hang of these. the broncos O line is always a work in progress as far as run blocking. Good work man, thx

Re: Vince's custom sliders.

Game 2 of my franchise. I am using 12 minute quarters because longer drives and less breaks leads to guys getting tired and with good sub in sub out sliders you see a lot more backups. Also made a few minor tweaks to the run game.

SD (ME) 7-17-14-7= 45
Den (CPU) 0-0-3-7= 10

Half Time Stats

Rivers 11-18, 131, 1 TD 0 INT
Cutler 11-18, 126, 0 TD, 1 INT

LT 12 for 92. 2 TD
Young 13 for 30 0 TD

Gates 4-55 1 TD
Marshall 4-35

End of Game Stats

Rivers 19-29, 225 yards, 2 TD, 0 INT
Volek 2-2, 31 yards
Cutler 24-35, 276 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT

Tomlinson 21 Carries, 132 Yards, 3 TD
Sproles 13 carries, 97 yards, 1 TD
Young 20 carries, 30 yards 1 fumble

Marshall 11 receptions, 126 yards
Gates 5 receptions, 77 yards, 1 TD
Jackson 5 receptions, 67 yards, 1 TD
Royal 2 receptions, 35 yards

Ian Scott, 3 Tackles, 3 for loss, 2 Sacks
Jammer 7 Tackles, 1 INT
Nate Webster 10 Tackles
Mccree 10 tackles

Re: Vince's custom sliders.

Game 3. I didn't play any defense. I saw in another thread someone said they supersimmed when they were on D to avoid Robo QB so i wanted to try that. With that in mind, here were my stats.

NYJ (CPU) - 28
SD (ME) - 42

It was 35-28 and i was trying to run the clock out but LT busted an 43 yard run for a TD.

Rivers 26-38 407 Yards, 2 TD 1 INT
Favre 39-55 411 Yards, 4 TD, 1 INT

Tomlinson 28 for 109 2 TD, 2 Fumble
Jones 23 for 58
Hester 2 for 23, 1 TD

Coles 9 for 116, 2 TD
Cotchery 8 for 114
Tomlinson 6 for 92, 1 TD
Naanee 1 for 87, 1 TD

Davis 6 for 78, Jackson 3 for 75, Chambers 4 for 27

Team Stats

Jets Total Offense = 508 (97 rushing, 411 passing)
Chargers = 580 (183 rushing, 397 passing)

Time of Posession

Jets = 13:50
Chargers = 26:09

i lowered my quarters to 10

Re: Vince's custom sliders.

Hey guys I normally don't play football games but decided to pick up a copy of madden and try it out. So far it's been cool other than noticing I really suck at this game but I'm determined to get better. My question is for someone in my situation should I change the game sliders and use the sliders Vince had provided or leave them on default?
