Can you change sliders in Franchise mode?

You can only do it once you start the game.

for ps3, in franchise mode, when you go to play your game, before you start the game when you can pick the uniform, controls, etc., go to offense/defense and you can edit sliders there too, prior to starting. from what it looks like, it retains the settings for the next time you play in your franchise.
