I remember in Madden09 someone here posted their Sub In/Out sliders and they were vastly different from everyone else, but they were the most realistic. It was something like this;

Obviously I don't know the exact sliders but I remember the guy who posted them had a fair few "0/1" sliders for each position, and his reasoning basically being that in real games you hardly ever see the starting QB get subbed out of a game (Aswell as a few other positions).
Would anyone know who made these? I remember using them last season and loving them. Or, would anyone know of any true realistic Sub In/Out sliders?
