Re: Football4Natic's Custom Sliders (Slow Game Speed)

great sliders!!! ive played about 3 or 4 games with these using the redskins and im quite satisfied. i lost to the giants by 10. then came back and beat the rams then spanked the lions, and slipping away with a win at tampa bay.

one problem im having is throwing ints. against the rams jason cambell threw 6 INTS!! i mean i know that cambell is no manning or brady, but 6 ints. against a weak rams team is ridiculous granted that 2 or 3 were my fault cause i forced some passes but the others came from ints off of gettin hit and the ball bloops in the air and defensive lineman pick it off. i have no problem with it but if it happens to me i would like to get 1 pick here and there with my d-line. yet i dont so its a little frustrating, but all in all great sliders!

Re: Football4Natic's Custom Sliders (Slow Game Speed)

Had a decent game with these sliders:

TB 25 at SD (me) 33
Leftwich 20/32 for 233 @ 62% with 1TD, 1INT
Rivers 15/22 for 180 @ 68% with 3TD, 0INT

Ward 16/59 for 3.6 avg
Tomlinson 29/130 for 4.4 avg

Totals (TB/SD)
Rush 74 / 153
Pass 216 / 176
1st Down 16 / 16
Penalties 2-30 / 7-66
Poss 20:48/31:12

Maybe a little too much scoring for my tastes, but otherwise a good game. CPU started to blitz me on every 3rd down... Also if the CPU had stuck with the running game i believe things could have been different. 2 third and short plays early in the second half and CPU throws incomplete. Ball game. I had a safety (after a goal line fumble was recovered by TB) they had a 2pt conversion.

So, sliders seem alright. I'll play some more games with these for sure. Actually the best advise was your "don't hold sprint on running plays" - this resulted in one of my best running experiences will very little idiot blocking by my o-line/FB.

Raiders vs. 49ers(me)
score: 27-28
total offense: 249-353
rushing yards: 110-169
passing yards: 139-184
t.o.p.: 25:01-34:59

j. russell: 15/21, 152, 71%, 2 td, 0 int
s. hill: 18/29, 207, 62%, 1 td, 4 ints

f. gore: 23 att, 126 yards, 5.4 avg, 0 td
d. mcfadden: 17 att, 83 yards, 4.8 avg, 0 td
g. coffee: 12 att, 24 yards, 2.0 avg, 1 td

That was by far the best game I've ever played. Don't let the 4 interceptions throw you off though. They were all in the first half and they were all terrible throws. I settled down in the second half. Russell went deep on the very first drive to Heyward-Bey. Here's the replay:

I'm happy to see that you can't just hit stick all day. I even missed a hit stick with Patrick Willis. The pass rush was present for both teams. I kicked the game winning field goal as time expired. Here are the two plays that set it up:

Here's one more nice play:

Great work man, keep it up!

Glad to see you enjoyed them a bit. I have been telling people for a while now that run blocking is not perfect but is not B.S like most think and their main issue even if they deny it, is that they tend to use sprint button or right stick a little to much and that breaks down all logic. is it dumb. yes but is there and by not using sprint and the right stick unless you are in the clear or one on one then let it go and see how much better the blocking and run game is

I am still working on the sliders. Trying to get them best as I can

I started last night with a test franchise and controlled all 32 teams

I was able to put the aggresiveness sliders for cpu defense to 0 from 50 and they did not bliz much in the little that i played

I will tinker with it more to get them to blitz enough to be realistic and not over the top to expose the pass game to high numbers

this is only available for franchise mode

Great replays. Glad you enjoyed them.

More updates to come as I try to get them to give a good game and provide fun for those that enjoy the game like me.
