So does moving the fg/punt accuracy to the right increase accuracy of the players or decrease??? sorry for the noobish question.

Right increases, left decreases.

How does moving the arrow up or down affect the distance of the kick on Field Goals?

Right still increases, left still decreases.

Moving the arrow down gives you a longer kick but it's lower (easier to block if somebody gets through), and moving the arrow up gives you a shorter kick but it's higher & near-impossible to block.

^^^ i was asking about the sliders.... reading through the forum I have come across people saying moving the slider for field goal power and accuracy to the left will increase fg power and accuracy. So I am confused.

They're wrong if they say left is more accurate/longer kicks, because it's not.
