Re: TNKNGM Sliders (VERY SLOW)

Played my first two games today with these updated sliders. First game I was Denver against Buffalo and won 38-33. In the second game, I was Baltimore playing against the Cards. Final score was 52-14, and that was after losing 6 points due to the famous holding bug on field goals.

Game 1:

I forgot to write down the stats but Moreno was absolutely killing it while Orton was absolutely killing me. Orton threw 5 picks (only 2 of which were my fault) and just missed a ton of open guys. Thankfully Moreno and Buckhalter tore it up on the ground for a combined 220ish. I also felt as though Trent Edwards was WAY too accurate. The score was actually a lot closer than the game. They scored a few TD's due to the comeback AI that EA may deny but is definitely real. I was up 31-6 at one point and they got a few bogus TD's that wouldn't happen at other parts of the game. It felt a little too easy.

Game 2:

Joe Flacco was 22-28 with 275 and 3 scores and no picks. I was a little skeptical about this.

My running game CRUSHED them. Ray Rice was 27 for 170 and McGahee came in and picked up 90 on 15 carries. Even my third string got some action when Ray Rice mysteriously disappeared and picked up 40 yards.

I controlled the ball for 45 minutes. The game felt alright for the most part, but taking a 28-0 lead after the 1st felt ridiculous. Things settled down after that, but when you build a lead like that, obviously it takes some of the fun out of the game.

I love playing on very slow. I think these sliders are getting there, but increasing the difficulty of the running game might be necessary. Increasing Human Receiver Catching might also be necessary. I remember Brandon Marshall dropping some pretty simple crossing patterns with no one within 10 yards of him. Same thing happened with Mason and Clayton in the 2nd game. I know drops happen, but these seem a little egregious. Let me know how I can help, though. Nice job so far.

I'm going to play some today and will post results and make a few tweaks.

Feel free to make some tweaks and let us know how they work for you as well.

Thanks!!

Re: TNKNGM Sliders (VERY SLOW)

If you guys are using sliders for franchise purposes, you should defintely use dfos coaching sliders. Makes teams play more like they real life counter parts.
