Re: *Vaibhavp3* custom sliders

Ravens(me) 45 - Steelers(CPU) 34

Passing
ravens - 16-28 287yds 3tds
steelers - 24-37 385yds 3tds

Rushing
ravens - 28att 174yds
steelers - 25att 144yds

Thoughts
Score was a little and running for me was a lil to easy. cpu was fine just had to adjust. i will try these out again and post stats. but one thing that i really liked was the superstars were playing way better than just your average player.

Re: *Vaibhavp3* custom sliders

I played as my beloved Bills against the Carolina Panthers in my dummy franchise. I played exactly to your sliders but I don't user catch, switch players on D and I USE Ask Madden as my OC and DC. Here is how it went down:

BUF 7 | 14 | 14 | 0| 35
CAR 0 | 10 | 7 | 3 | 20

Team Stats

BUF | CAR
Total Offense: 364 | 395
Rushing Yards: 161 | 105
Passing Yards: 203 | 290
First Downs: 15 | 16
Turnovers: 2 | 1
3rd Down Con: 7-11 (63%) | 5-12 (41%)
TOP: 27:07 | 20:53

Individual Stats:

Passing
BUF
T. Edwards 16-24 (66%), 203 yds, 2 TD, 2 INT, 85.9 Rating
CAR
J. Delhomme 20-36 (55%), 290 yds, 1 TD, 1 INT, 79.6 Rating

Rushing
BUF
M. Lynch 27 car, 143 yds, 3 TD, 5.2 avg, 36 long
F. Jackson 5 car, 22 yds, 4.4 avg.
CAR
D. Williams 18 car, 88 yds, 4.8 avg, 18 long
J. Stewart 8 car, 17 yds, 1 TD, 2.1 avg

Receiving
BUF
J. Reed- 4 rec. 49 yds, 1 TD
T. Owens- 3 rec. 36 yds
L. Evans- 2 rec. 46 yds, 1 TD

CAR
K. Moore- 4 rec. 95 yds
J. King- 4 rec. 71 yds
S. Smith- 2 rec. 31 yds 1 TD

Analysis:

I loved how this game played in the first quarter, both teams were having trouble running the ball and exchanged short drives of maybe 6 or 7 plays stalling with punts.

I scored right at the end of the first quarter and the 2nd quarter I blew it open but Delhomme connected on a few good passes and found Steve Smith in the end zone before the half. Kasay missed a 33-yard FG that could have made the game 21-13 at the half.

In the third I score another 14 points and Lynch was carving through their D all day. In the early going he had a tough time finding yards but as the game progressed he started finding some holes and broke a ton of tackles.

In the 4th I was up 35-20 when Carolina provided a little drama when they intercepted a pass with about 6 minutes to go and brought it back to the 20 going in. Luckily my defense stopped them on them on a 4th and goal attempt at the 5-yard line. From there I just killed the clock.

Overall:

I'm going to keep playing with these the way they are and see if it was just a good day overall on offense. Carolina's defense I thought was pretty good but not today.

The thing I'm going to watch out for is user rushing (too easy might not be because of the sliders). Other than that these sliders are great, I might push the CPU tackling up or the USER run block down or a combination of both to get a good mix. I'd like to have a game for once that ends around the 20's...

Good set Vaibhavp3!

Good set Vaibhavp3!
thank you so much for trying my sliders out i really appreciate it.
i will make the changes on the rushing department.

The thing with madden is that you can have the game realistic with your realistic blocking, tackling etc.. but then the game is easy e.g. versuz2 sliders. however if you wanted games in the 20's then the computer will cheat you with time shift tackling, motion shift, sliding, speed burst etc. so what would you rather have the computer cheating you or realistic gameplay.

so i will try my best for all the madden gamers like me to have a great slider set that everyone can play on.

thank you for the feedback, try and post Stats for the next game.
