Your the only person that can make that decision. Best thing to do is use the stickied guide and start trying sliders based on the speed of the game you enjoy. If you enjoy slow or very slow game speed, be sure to try out the NFL Simulation Sliders, they produce fairly realistic statistics while providing a challenging game.
