How do you change Human Sliders?

Hi, I'm a newbie and need help here.

I have Madden 2010 PS3 version, but I can't figure out how to change Human Player Sliders.

I can change the CPU sliders, like Pass Protect, QB Accuracy, Run Blocking, Break Tackles, etc...but I can't find where to change them for Human Player

All I can do is change Human difficulty (Pro, All-Pro, All-Madden, custom, etc)

Can anyone help?

Put it on custom hit "A" or prolly "X" on PS3 on one of the 3 categories.
