sliders explanation

Can anyone point me to a place that tells me how these sliders work? For example, I can't run for nothing right now. But when trying to tweak the sliders, I am unsure of some things. For human sliders , moving them to the left makes things easier for the human, correct? But for the CPU sliders, is this the same? If you move the cpu sliders to the left, does it make it easier, or harder?

I wish EA would explain their sliders a bit. Theres not a word about them in the manual.

CPU sliders:
Left = Harder for CPU (i.e. they suck more at whatever)
Right = Easier for the CPU (i.e. they get better at whatever)


Human sliders are more complicated for whatever reason. Why they didn't just use the same layout...

The "main" sliders (the Passing, Rushing, Pass D, Rush D sliders)
Left = Easier for you (your players do better at whatever)
Right = Harder for you (your players do worse at whatever)

The "sub" sliders (the ones that show up when you click the "main" slider)

Left = Harder for you (your players do worse at whatever)
Right = Easier for you (your players do better at whatever)

Thanks for the explanation. I searched all over the internet and came up with nothing. Not even on here could I find the answer. I wish these sliders didn't have to be such a mystery every year. Sometimes I wonder if EA knows how they work.
