Sliders Help. Am I just stupid?

I'm trying to understand the sliders from different people post but I dont understand. For example when it says in playmakers:
HUMAN/CPU

PASS OFFENSE
QBA-10/25
PASS BLK-40/50
WR CATCH-25/50

Where is the option to tune the humans? When I go to player skills and move it to custom I get like 4 options: passing/rushing/pass rush and rush def.

So how are you all tuning these sliders to work? And btw which sliders should I go with? The latest most accurate of the bunch?

I don't know if you player PS3 or XBOX but when you have selected "Custom" you can click on "Passing", "Rushing" and so on and the three categories will show.

If you're on PS3, when you get the 4 options, such as passing, click X and a box will open up allowing you to change each of the attributes.

I asked a similar question not long ago (thread) and needed a couple of explanations. Don't mind sharing IF you're on PS3...

Ya I figured it out a couple days ago. It only gives you the four options but when you click on them -- although there is nothing there to suggest doing it -- it give you more options. Which is stupid because they made it so the cpu sliders are all already shown.. but whatever


So I started a franchise using dan's updated roster file and am using playmakers's sliders. Success!
