Where are the human sliders?

Go to Player Skill and hit A (Xbox) or X (PS3) and it will bring up all the sliders.

That just brings up the 4 sliders. People talk about this long list of human sliders.

You have to highlight one (say "Passing") and then hit x (PS3) and that will bring up QB accuracy, pass blocking, and wr catching.
