awesome, give any feedback if your able 2. lower the HUM run block shedding to around 40-when you play guys like CJ, AP you have to be honest and play the run.
For realistic gameplay and stats, to see better animations along with better drives then use these slider settings below for a challenging game.
I know these slider settings same unusual, but this seems to be the way to go if you wanna see really long drives, make audibles, play conservatively when needed, etc. With other slider settings that have low settings, I would rarely see any great plays, sideline catches, big hits, great blocks and so on. The game felt very arcade like. Using higher slider settings seems "smoother" and the CPU offense actually moves the ball effectively with long drives, you will see consistent short gains, rather than 4 or 5 plays and a score, You will now see better blocking, if they man the box with 8 you will battle to run but may look to the air. Your now able to see 10+ drives on some cases with some teams. You have to really play the situation whether its run or pass. If your up against a great D you will struggle if you have a mediocre offense and vice verse. These are great for franchise.
I urge you guys to try this slider setting out and let me know how it goes. You should get fairly realistic stats and scoreline.
I play 15 min QTR's with a 25 sec run off (I do however make adjustments at the line and call audibles when needed, so I snap the ball with only a few seconds to spare) PS - (EA needs to fix the CPU QB snapping the ball, It's just way to fast, the QB will pretty much snap the ball as soon as he gets under center.) We are looking at getting roughly 120 plays a game.
Rushing
Break Tackles 75 - 95
Run Blocking 47 - 100 (this was 70 but rushing was way to easy, only top guys will be able to get those big plays and yards)
FUM 45 - 60
Pass Defense
Reaction Time 35 - 100
INT 65 - 95
Pass Rushing 55 - 100 (If your having a very easy time sacking the QB, try play the Colts, after that adjust accordingly, I wouldnt go below 50.) Run Defense
Reaction Time 35 - 100
Block Shedding 45 - 100 (you will have to be honest on defense and stack the box if its a good rusher, AP, MJD, CJ2k)
Tackling 95 - 100
QTR: 15 Mintues
ACC Clock: 25 Seconds
Auto strafe: On
Auto sprint: Off
Injuries: 40
Fatigue: 55
Game Speed: Slow
Player Minimum Threshold: 35
I'm glad you are enjoying them, I urge everyone to try these out, I have been working on these since i got the game, I want the playmakers to stand out, good defense to be noticeable. I think the end is near for these slider settings to be perfect almost.
I just finished this game, Best game by far, I actually struggled most the game against the defense, and played S.Greene honestly and forced Sanchez to rather throw on me. I was down in the 4th, getting the ball back with 1:53 seconds to go, no timeouts and had to march 73 yards down the field. After being stuffed all game long pretty much I managed to pull it off, completing 5 passes in a row, before trying to force it over Revis to Boldin for no go, with 20 seconds to go I toss a ball to the back corner of the ENDZONE to Pitta who catches it in stide with both feet in bounds (It gets reviewed by the booth since it was so close but was upheld )
You can see I had trouble getting it to my WR's (Revis Island) and was forced to throw to Cromartie's side only to get INT twice by him (Player of the game)
So in short guys, play these with ALL the settings I have provided. Week 2 is going to be at the Bengals, will post those stats soon.
Just played with the sliders posted. The game still seems to easy for me to run and to I never felt threatened by WAS the entire game. The only long TD I gave up was b/c I was stupid and tried a run blitz to get them off the field and I got burned deep, otherwise it would have been a shutout. Also the last TD run late was me just trying to kill the clock and for some reason they couldn't stop me from gashing their defense to an accidental TD. Any suggestions on making the CPU more competitive?

These sliders look very interesting I will start a franchise with my Eagles (a few trades) and give u some feed back. But they definatly look interesting
If you are having an easy time running the ball, change the HUM run blocking to 45. Then play 3 different teams, 1 with a really good RUN D and another weak RUN D and see how much the results vary, this would give you an indication of what the slider should be at, I will have a look at the threshold slider again, but 35 seems fine for me, you won't see to many BIG plays every single game, which is unrealistic, still keeps with the flow and realism of the game.
Well I'm gonna try another game shortly then I will post again. I like the gameplay, 4th quater came around and i dominated so we will see. I hope these are okay after game 2
