Canes21 Madden 11 Sliders

I have spent most the day making gameplans for each team in the game. Once I am done I will post some stats showing my results. I feel like the sliders are almost where I want them, but the CPU's playcalling is what causes the stats to be the way they are. Its the engage eights that give you those 60 yard bombs and the 4 verticals give you easy stops on defense.

I am hoping these tweaked gameplans will make the game a lot more challenging and realistic. When I get back to my house I might try and upload my gameplan files if I can figure out how to.

Yeah, I was looking at some of the other threads and whatnot and realized that I probably need to make gameplans for each team. I'm gonna do that tonight, and then play some games tomorrow to test it out.

Just played a preseason game against the Bills. Really liked the way it played out. My passing game was terrible though. Thats a first because in my other franchise I have had the best season I have ever had passing in any Madden.

I liked the way the gameplans worked. I had an offensive and defensive gameplan set up for the Bills and it worked beautifully. They had me on my toes every play. I never knew what they were going to run. On defense they mixed up their coverages, hid their blitzes, etc. I struggled making reads. They would blitz me one dive like crazy, then the next drive they would show blitz and I would look expect it and look to a quick pass, then they would drop back into coverage and thats a big part in my bad passing stats.

I didn't have a gameplan setup for my defense though and that hurt me a little bit because a few plays I plan on taking out were called. I'm playing the Ravens next in my preseason schedule. I have a gameplan for their Offense and Defense. I'll probably use their defensive gameplan this game for me because its close to what I will use for my Skins.

I'll post some more stats from the Ravens game once I finish it.

Just had a heart breaker against the Ravens in preseason game number 2. It was 4th and goal with 29 seconds left in the game. I came out with a pass play and the Ravens showed blitz. I snapped the ball, dropped back and saw I had no more time left to throw it, so I quickly got it out to Parker in the flats. He caught it and spun off one tackler, then I dove into the endzone before the other to defenders got to me. I thought I was going to tie the game up, then I the ball pop out of Parker's hands at the 1 and was recovered in the endzone by the Ravens. They then kneeled the ball for the win. The game was fun and exciting. It was a defensive battle for sure.

The offensive stats weren't pretty at all for either team. It was the game I expected it to be though. Two aggressive defenses going at it. I'll play my last two preseason games tomorrow and I'll also finish up my gameplans too. I'll keep posting stats and may continue posting them throughout my season depending on how much popularity these sliders gain if any.

Alright, so I set the gameplans for the Saints and the Buccaneers and got one of the best games I've ever had out of it.

The Saints really manhandled me in the first half, but I stuck to my running game and got more comfortable in the pocket and was able to bring back a win. The score is slightly high, but that's because the Saints pulled off a great running play and I missed the tackle that would have stopped it. I also threw a Pick-6 in the beginning when I misread a flat zone as man coverage. The game felt like it really was the Buccaneers vs the Saints and it was only after I made adjustments when I was able to snatch victory.

All in all it seems like the sliders are pretty close to perfect, I think the higher score and yardage discrepancy (from real life estimates) is because of my play style. Also, the Saints were up so early in this game, Brees didn't really try to do much through the air until I had taken the lead with 5 minutes to go in the game. He did throw 2 picks, one made by Ronde and the other by Ruud, arguably the two best defensive players for Tampa.

Hey, so I've been having troubles finding sliders and everything, but I played these and had one of my best games ever winning 17-24 me being the packers beating the eagles. But every game since then has been really easy for me, I beat the bills 62-10 and I actually traded for cj spiller, so he got 20 carries 219 yards. And Aaron Rodgers went 39-49 368 yds 3 tds, and he would of gotten more if I wouldn't have taken him out of the game. I accidently saved over that franchise so I restarted and played the eagles again. I quit right away because Kevin Kolb's first 3 passes all went for interceptions, which ironicly led to Aaron Rodgers first 3 passes all going for touchdowns. Idk what it is but they just seem too easy for me, should I bump down my human pass reaction or what do you recommend?
