I'm not surprised about the overthrows... Vick's accuracy ratings in Madden are horribly misrated. Go with 17 QBA, 41 WR catch for the user. That should be alot better. Also, don't lead pass too much. His ratings definitely aren't high enough for it.

As for long bombing... fix your secondary! lol.

On a more serious note, the CPU occasionally gets long bomb happy. It's usually no real threat in my games because I have Troy all over the place and Ike has the height to bat down most any pass. You could try using the old QBA/pass blocking sliders (they're in brackets on the first page), and that might help a little, but ultimately it usually means the CPU has too much time in the pocket. Try sending an extra blitzer at em or controlling the blitzer already in on a play, and see what happens.

If that doesn't work you could always tone down the CPU's pass blocking a bit.

Woud you say these sliders are harder or easier than mike32ownz sliders?

You'd have to ask someone who uses or has used his sliders. I'm not sure. I pretty much started ignoring his set after he got into it with me a few months back.

yea man these are way better and challenging than mike's sliders. Way better realistic feel to the game. St. Chaos, thanks a lot for your great work on the sliders you have introduced here. Very appreciated.

St. Chaos, great sliders. Played the titans last night and held johnson to 56 yards on 22 carries. Could you lead me in the direction to make the computer rushing tougher? Forgot to mention I was the Raiders. Feel he should have had more yards. thank you

O.O you've got to be kidding... die Madden!

Well... it would appear that in order to get realistic stats from the CPU, you might have to eliminate realistic gameplay to a degree...

Drop user block shedding to 40, raise run reaction to 6, see how that does. Go 38/8 if that doesn't work.

I warn you though, because of the run game's instability,you'll quickly go from stuffing them to being unable to do anything to stop them.
