Just wondering, if you set the transaction and stuff to user controlled, does that mean the CPU teams won't do any free agent signings and similiar events?

You as the USER have full control of all teams.

I realize that. What I'm asking is if you want just to control YOUR team and not all 32 teams. Do you have to do everything for all 32 teams?

You can control your team and cpu skip the rest
