pass defense raction time definitely seems to be reversed. I put it at zero for user and my guys mirrored routes like NCAA 12. Super psychic.
Ugh.
I am gonna go watch the broncos game and wait for someone to figure out what to do lol
Seems like alot of things need to be fixed, quickly. Does it feel like all the sliders could possibly be reversed? I'm getting the game tomorrow night and I'm not so sure I want to start a CC right away from all the stuff i'm hearing..
I plugged in 40 for user catching and INT, made the other tweaks to make CPU rushing tougher, and now I am winning 33-0 against buffalo in 2nd qtr.
I have no idea what is going on anymore.
SEC mentioned that some sliders may be reversed this year and I am wondering if thats the case here because I have 3 INTs in the first half, all CPU controlled
This could be because it was the first game after tweaking the sliders. On past Maddens sliders take about a game or two before they really kick in. The CPU usually plays like crap in the first game after tweaking something. I'm not ready to believe that the sliders are reversed. I just believe the pass reaction and Pass coverage slider on NCAA is weak sliders.. The INT slider has a bigger affect on pass coverage.. On 12 the CPUs passing didn't open up until I lowered the USER INTs eventually.. Trust me all of this will get figured out when I get the game..

From what I have seen, no. But I haven't spent time testing each individual slider extensively. QB acc definitely is not reversed

Just started my second year which is why like the leading receiver and some defenders are rookies. First quarter had two quick passing touchdowns, due to a fumble recovery, and then another fumble recovery right before half that lead to my field goal.
I couldn't really run before using these sliders, and Steelers are pretty good so I just went to the air which I am pretty good at. Good to see no amazing one handed interceptions from linebackers.
Game got out of control in the fourth as we had two pick sixes, and six of their eight turnovers came then. Again just first game, but weird to see all the breaks happen for me in the fourth. From the game it was a nice base to go off of since I did have to work and had plently of three-and-outs.

Would have liked to see Arian Foster do better, I'm gonna bump up those things recommended a few pages back with the exception of User Catching and see how it works out. This game wasn't really competitive at all until less than 5 minutes left when the CPU put together back to back scoring drives. They got the ball left with under 2 minutes in the game after burning their timeouts and drove to around mid-field, but Tim Jenning's 2nd INT sealed the game for me.
I have been a slow game speed advocate for awhile, does fast or very fast make the animations look better? Game play better?
I prefer slow because it feels more real and animations look good. Alot of people do prefer fast or very fast more because it forces them to make quicker decisions, making it more challenging.
It's real frustrating to see that the sliders play no where near like it does on the Demo and play now.. If I can't get the CPU to play competitive when I get the game I won't be playing it long.. I can't enjoy the game if the CPU is going to play like garbage no matter what I do with the sliders.. EA is really dropping the ball for offline players this year..
