ok i put the cpu pass block all the way down to 0, and ive played 3 quarters of the 49ers-packers game and i havent touched rodgers once. there's someone open always within 2 sec. and aldon smith gets either stood up or pushed down every play. Any advice? i got too many sacks before the change to user int's and pass reaction, and now i cant get any.
You have to play a few games to see if it's an issue. Playing 1 game or 3 quarters of a game isn't going to tell you anything. Sliders take a game or two to really settle in.. You'll never be able to settle in on a slider set unless you play a few games to see how things are playing out..
On the Green set I raised the CPUs runblocking to 40, raised the CPUs blockshedding to 40, lowered the CPUs INTs to 35.
On the Red set I raised the CPUs runblocking to 45, raised the CPUs blockshedding to 50, and lowered the CPUs INTs to 45.
On the Blue set I raised the CPUs blockshedding to 60, and lowered CPUs INTs to 55.
On the Black set I lowered the CPUs runblocking to 55, raised the CPUs blockshedding to 70 and lowered the CPUs INTs to 65.
I went ahead and lowered the CPUs INTs on all 4 sets. I got carried away raising it 15 points when I raised the USER catching to 50 when all I had to do was raise the CPUs INTs 5 points. It's definitely more balanced where I have it now for each set.
I also decided to tone down the CPUs runblocking on the black set. I was still seeing a few too many untouched runs by the CPU on 60. I went ahead and raised the CPUs runblocking on the green and red set because it seemed like the CPU was struggling to run the ball a little bit on those two sets from the feedback I was getting. Those tweaks should balance it out..
I went ahead and raised the CPUs blockshedding on all 4 sets just to make there run defense a little tougher because it seemed like alot of guys were having an easy time running the ball. Hopefully this tweak makes things more of a challenge.. It should be alright as long as you aren't using cheesy outside exploits out of 2WR twin sets..
These will probably be the last tweaks for a while unless I see something else that bothers me. Getting a little burnt out with all the changes and I'm ready to play my season already. Haha!
These were the new updates I made last night for anyone who missed the post..
Does it matter if i play exhibition games instead of CCM to test out the sliders?
Honestly I haven't played any exhibition games since the patch so I wouldn't know but they said they tuned CCM to play exactly like exhibition after the patch because they gameplay was totally different before the patch but I been doing all my testing in CCM..
I played my next game in my CCM with your sliders again, and I must say, I'm extremely impressed. Both games I have played have been nail biters. This one I thought I lost when my star franchise QB went down and I had to bring in Tim Tebow. Alas, in this game he did as he does in real life, suck until the last possible second. On the final drive he had a fourth and ten and completed a miracle pass to Wallace, and then on the next play with no timeouts left he bought time and hit Stephen Hill in the endzone for a touchdown to send the game into overtime. If you can make Tim Tebow play like real life, you KNOW your sliders are awesome.
One thing I am slightly worried about is injuries. Last game LaRon Landry got a broken collarbone, and this week two of my players got a four and eight week injury. I'll have to keep playing to see how common this is. Here's the stats:

Man that was a tight one.. Tebow came in and saved the day huh? Haha! Yeah I'm probably going to lower the injuries down to 50.. I been getting alot of injuries myself.. I got about 7 starters on the injured list right now after 4 games..
I am using your green set and I have the HUM pass D set at:
PR 35
Int 30
PRush 10
I am using the giants and I really like these settings because my D-ends have the most sacks on the team. Are these settings with your current changes for the green set ok? Thanks Jarodd

How is the CPU passing against you with the pass reaction at 35? I really don't want the USER pass reaction to be below 50 anymore since it was officially discovered that slider was reverse. If you are getting competitive games leave it. If the CPU is struggling to pass the ball you should raise the pass reaction to 50 and lower the INTs to 15 so you can keep the pass rush at 10... Have you been keeping up with all the other updates besides that?
