Yeah just leave it at 4 for now and see how it goes once you get halfway through the season. If you are having good games like this then finish off the season with it at 4. If you are dominating you need to lower it to 3..

Which set are you using? If you are using the green set you need to only lower the CPUs runblocking down 5. I have the USER tackling and CPU breaktackles matched up at 35 on the green set. Lowering the runblocking affects the CPUs overall running and the breaktackles will tone down. If you are using the red set or higher you can lower the breaktackles down 5 points because the CPUs breaktackles is higher.

The majority of the time I stick with the player I'm controlling but I do switch over here and there. I control an LB or a Safety though so I'm usually in pursuit of the ball carrier to make plays.. I don't like playing on the Dline. It feels like I'm hurting the team more then I'm helping because I'm not that good playing from that posistion..

Yeah play about 3-4 games to get a good sample size. If it becomes too easy to stuff the run just raise there runblocking up 5 points. Let me know how it goes..

If I'm still having issues with my pass defense with the red set, should I go down to a lower set until I figure it out? I'm tired of every game being a shoot out. My last game they threw for 520 with freakin' Gabbert, I threw for 600 yards. The game before that Manning threw for 570 against me, I ran for 300 against them.

Yeah you can lower the CPUs passing to the green set but you also need to lower the USER accuracy to the blue set and raise the CPUs pass defense to the blue set if you are putting up yards like that too.
