Nope... When I create my sliders I try to make them tough enough to where you don't have to use any house rules so you can just play the game.. It's not fun for me to play with house rules. As long as you are not doing anything to exploit the AI with cheats and stuff, you can use all the features that are available to you.. I hope I'm able to get the CPU to be competitive this year like I did for Madden 11 and 12 but it looks like I have my work cut out for me this time..
I had forgot to change the USER INTs to 35 and the USER pass reaction to 40 on the black set on the front page so make those changes if you plugged in the USER INTs at 40..
Until they patch it to play like play now, which is all I want. It makes no sense why ccm is so nerfed. this is my biggest complaint otherwise I love the game.
The increase to CPU INTs really hurt me bad. If a ball was anywhere near a defender it was picked. I had 5...a couple were definitely just bad throws, but 5 is still excessive. A couple were just unrealistic.
The increase in CPU pass block killed me as well. Went from 7 sacks on 0 pass block to only 1 on 30 pass block.
Increase to CPU run game was not effective as I still shut them down no problems.
HUM run game was better. CJ2K still got his yards as I busted a long 70 yarder.
Saw a few HUM INTs which was nice. Been getting like 1 a game ever since Early Release...nice to see 3 in this game with settings pretty much being same in that area.
CPU missed a few FGs, so I still need to tweak my special teams.
I still need to work on my passing, as I'm making bad throws into coverage too often, or throwing before the receiver is ready in his route. My comp % is too low but that is more me than sliders.
Anyways, I see promise in where these sliders are going.

Updated the front page with the Auto subs, penalties, Fatigue, and Injuries.. I'm still tesing those but I just wanted to put something out there..
I'll try these out a bit but that 90 int for the AI has me a wee bit scared.
I will probably only use the sliders that affect the AI offense because my offense is just about where I want it with the sliders I am using now.
Through 6 games here are some of my stats:
Joe Flacco 240 ypg 64% cmp 12 td 5 int
Ray Rice 84 ypg 4.2 ypc 3 TD 4 carries of 20+ (though one was right at 20)
Anquan Boldin 64 ypg 2 TD 4 drops
Torrey Smith 57 ypg 2 TD 6 drops 2 catches of 60+ yards
The drops may be a little high (Q had 4 all of last year) but everything else looks solid. Flacco is having the best year of his career but I don't think it is unreasonable.
I do have a question though. I noticed that you favor break tackle as opposed to run blocking. Any particular reason? I have better results by lowering BT and putting the points in blocking. I think it may be because I use Rice and he is better at eluding defenders; I just need my line to create that little bit of space. Does your method work better with bruiser type backs?
Hey Jarod, I'm looking forward to your sliders when I get the game (game is released later as I am not in the US).
When I was reading SEC's slider thread there were a lot of people commenting that the game plays a lot better when you set your sliders to all-pro and adjust from there.
Just something you might want to think about, if you didn't already know about it.
