I'm getting the sense that this slider is "reversed"...

0 used to open up the CPU pass game and now the opposite (100?) seems to bring out that result...

Great find, if that continued to be the case...

Thanks!

Re: Charter04's Madden 13 All-Pro Sim Sliders

Another pretty good game. Patriots play selection was 3:1 pass:run. Good. My plays were 30 passes, and 27 runs. Good Balance. I had 5 sacks vs New England, but the reality is, I almost never play man defense, and the one time I did, Welker caught an 80 yard TD pass. I was pretty fortunate to get good coverage which led to sacks.

for the record, I now firmly believe there's a HFA in this game and it has a relatively substantial impact.

With a little bit of tweaking your slider's seem to work great on slow and very slow.

Re: Charter04's Madden 13 All-Pro Sim Sliders

I made a few changes to the OP to get the CPU to pass more. I raised the User Defense pass reaction time to 90. The slider seems to be backward for some reason. It really opens up the passing game. If the CPU is too accurate I might lower its pass accuracy to 35-40. Also made a few more adjustments like lowering the fumble slider for user and CPU so you better use the RB button. Lastly I lowered human run blocking to 50 to give running the ball a little more challenge. I might adjust something to make user passing a little harder too. If these keep playing like they are I will make this my somewhat final set.

I honestly haven't had an issue with the QB's not passing enough.

Outside of my game vs Green Bay, most the QB's are upper 30's, low 40's in attempts.

I just got done playing a game with this slider set and it was pretty good. I was facing the Patriots and Brady was 30/35 for 288 yards and 2 TDs. The CPU did run the ball better in this game Woodhead had 17 carries for 80 yards.

Well I might end up changing it back to 50 then. I am going to play a few more games and see. So that game you had against NE was on 50?

Yeah. Even the game against Carolina, where I got destroyed, they threw the ball 25 times, and ran for 37 times (as they should with a 45-7 lead, and ended up winning the game 52-21).

Carolina in that game threw the ball 18 times in the first half. 35-7 lead. Threw the ball 7 times in the 2nd half with a big lead.

I'm honestly not seeing the computer running the ball too much. As I mentioned the only game that was an anomaly was Green Bay. 20 passes, 38 runs, but the game was in Seattle, and I'm very sure that HFA bothers QB's, so Green Bay went fairly conservative, especially with a close game (I won 30-28).
