Re: Charter04's Madden 13 All-Pro Sim Sliders

I'm a advocate of AP, too much CPU / AI B.S. on All Madden, IMHO...

Well, in previous years, anyway...

My question:

How/ why did you conclude that a low setting for USER PRC leads to the CPU calling more run plays?

Thanks!

Down 20-0 to the Browns using Phil

Early 3rd

These set is legit.. When they thrown ( McNabb is their QB).. They take what i gave them

MJD just had a 170 yard rushing game against me, this was never possible on any of the other sliders I've used, best sliders on here by far. I was using the Colts by the way.

Greatest game I've ever played. I know I didn't run a lot, but that's because I was down 35-0 early into the 2nd Quarter. I honestly changed no sliders, somehow I was just able to turn it around. It was amazing and even though I still lost, I'm very pleased with the how it played out.

I'm going to try this slider set later on I just have one question. Is it ok to play with 12 minute quarters or should I go with 15?

15 is what I'd run with to get the CPU to get some plays.

Also, I think 10 may be a tad high for QBA. Matt Flynn is completing 67% of his passes through 5 games. Granted I don't know his ratings, but that seems to be a bit high, but I also don't take many shots downfield, and most of my throws are 8-12 yards....I've also become quite proficient at dumping it off to a back or a TE for a 2 or 3 yard gain, when my first, and 2nd read isn't open.

I'm guessing I have about 3.5 seconds before the CPU line does their damage, but sometimes they just blow things up.

I like them, and when things are finalized, I'll start a real career and not just play the games and sim everything else.

Because that's just what happened. I played against the Giants and Manning had 9 pass att's going into the forth. I had the pass reaction at 0. Also the user pass defense played better for some reason. I raised it to 50 and it got much better. I'm going to at least try to go up more and see if I can get the CPU to pass more. It must be a glitch with the slider.

I don't feel like I'm playing against the Packers when he only throws it 21 times during the course of a game and run it 25+, ya know? Granted it was one game, but judging how some of my other games have gone, I've noticed how it's become a trend. Is there a way to tweak it to get certain teams to throw it more?

The flow of the game seems legit. The run game from my end of things seems pretty realistic. The passing game with 15 QBA was better than it was with 5. I haven't tried 10 yet. Overall, it's not bad for starting out. I'm sure there will be plenty of tweaks here and there in the future, but solid job thus far!
Try these in online CCM and tell me what results you get. It plays different in that mode
