I just have a quick question: When you adjust the user sliders in the settings does that affect my entire team or just the player that I am currently controlling? To go with that does the CPU slider affect players on my team at all or just the CPU team that I am playing? Any help would be great

The user is your entire team and the CPU is all players on the non user team. Not sure about CPU vs CPU.
