All 6 of Vicks run were not by design, he just broke out in total Vick fashion when the coverage went a bit too long.

Eagles 43 rush attempts to 21 pass attempts that's what's annoying me the most.

How is that balanced?

Man another great game. Was driving at the end but I got stuffed on 4th and 2 heading into field goal range.

Re: M13 KILLER SLIDERS FOR OFFLINE CCM... GUARANTEED CPU RUN GAME

These are almost exactly what I have been using the last 2 days. I had been piecemealing parts of different slider sets on the board and they came out nearly identical to yours lol.

One MAJOR difference is that I set user rush D reaction time to 100 on a hunch. I keep playing games in a Bills test CCM with the plan to play a quarter then restart it with rush reaction set at 0. But I get so engrossed in the game I play it through to the end! And then I repeat the process the next week on the schedule.

Basically I am saying that these sliders work great for me!

It was actually 36 to 27. 4 were gimmick runs out of the Wildcat. Vick took 6 undesigned scrambles.

The rush total is a tad bit high, but not crazy. If you look at the (first, I believe) Redskins/Eagles game last year it was 38 rushes to 32 passing attempts. I think a few more tweaks can be in order to perhaps fine tune it.

I may be going too in-depth for the system here too, but they were picking up lots of first downs rushing and played almost the whole game with the lead. Not too many reasons to pass.

Game 2 against the Bengals will be underway shortly, will post what happens after the dust settles. I'll also most likely turn this into a dynasty on here.

Re: M13 KILLER SLIDERS FOR OFFLINE CCM... GUARANTEED CPU RUN GAME

Rjrosco: Respect your opinion. However, consider this. M13 delivers a potpourri of different experiences. Thus far, I have had the experience that no two games "feel" the same. For me, this is the beauty of M13. This is why I recommend that everybody play ANY slider set for at least 8 games.

Looking superficially at übernoobs game, it would seem that Andy Reid was playing a game on the road, had the lead for 3 quarters, Vick had already been picked by an improved Brown D (ubernoob admits to his improvements through free agent pick ups) so Reid felt that if he could control the clock and force the Browns to pass their way to victory, he preferred his D's chances against a rookie QB, rather than letting his suspect run defense have Trent "the Tank" Richardson ram it down their throats in the 4th quarter... Well in this one at least, Weeden was up to the challenge.

Re: M13 KILLER SLIDERS FOR OFFLINE CCM... GUARANTEED CPU RUN GAME

Unfortunately, as I was typing up the table for this game I lost connectivity to EA Servers, so it will have to be replayed. The Browns were the cardiac kids again in v1 against the Bengals though. Neither team could get it's rushing attack going, though BJGE had a few nice runs for the Bungles. Rey M absolutely destroyed my team. In two consecutive series (either late in the 3rd or early in the 4th) he crushed Trent Richardson after Trent broke through the line and caused a fumble. Next series, he recorded a quarterback sack and broke Trent's the next play. Dude was a monster on the field. Weeden comes through in the clutch though (kinda, as he could only muster a 30ish yard drive to get into 50 yd field goal range for the game winner. Luckily the wind was in my favor.) Nugent couldn't hit a kick to save his life.

Re: M13 KILLER SLIDERS FOR OFFLINE CCM... GUARANTEED CPU RUN GAME

i *think* the inflated rushing attempts is due to the relative ease with which the cpu runs the ball. with the original settings i was having to go to 5 man fronts, run commit, run blitz, everything i could possibly throw at them yet they were still grinding and bouncing their way to 6+ypc depending on opponent.

i'm all for, in fact i demand a healthy cpu run game but when i throw eight or 9 in the box and blitz every gap and they still gain yards in chunks why would they stop handing it off?

all that being said i know absolutely nothing about the play calling logic in the game code.

Re: M13 KILLER SLIDERS FOR OFFLINE CCM... GUARANTEED CPU RUN GAME

with the tweaks i posted on the previous page rushing attempts and ypc were more realistic. *but* that was only one game and admittedly the cpu stopped running because i was ahead so more games are needed to feel good about those numbers.
