Sausage: Dude I'm sure that call sign may work with the ladies, but in this forum, it may be a bit risque.... That having been said, I dunno if these killer sliders will work on online CCM.

They'll work perfectly. When I first tried the sliders, I completely overlooked the "offline ccm" part, and started a new online one lol. Still got the great results I posted on the last page.

I have a problem, how do you adjust sliders in Offline Career mode, I put all of the sliders, Penalties and everything in My Madden, and saved it, I go back to it and the Game options have changed to default, and in game (Career Mode) everything is default and I cant change it, Please help...

So far I'm enjoying the sliders, however there are too many fumbles... Through the first 7 minutes of the game there have been 3 fumbles. May just be a fluke

The fumble slider is reverse I would say put it on 60..20 had too many fumbles

you raise a lot of interesting points especially in respect to the speed threshold. I started off with M13 using a speed threshold of zero, but when I switched to charter's sliders and his higher speed threshold that's when a sense of realism really came to madden. I use the dolphins in my offline CCM and the first couple games with a speed threshold of zero, the dolphins wide receivers who on the whole are a pretty bad collection of receivers were getting open too frequently and by a pretty wide margin. This provided easy long completions for Tannehill and he had too many wide open windows. Timing, knowledge of space, and strategy wasn't all that important. However, with the higher speed threshold, I realized how unimpressive my receiving core was in terms of speed, and really had to find ways to get them open, more underneath routes, medium routes, and using the long ball infrequently. Furthermore, I started planning for the next year of my CCM and picking up a couple guys with speed who could stretch the defense. So needless to say I'm excited to try your sliders and see how well a threshold of 100 replicates the nfl experience.

I think the differences in speed in the NFL between players are pretty minimal, and that's why guys like Demps and other burners have trouble translating their speed to the NFL because let's face it every defensive player is fast and the defensive schemes make it possible to contain speed. What beats defenses is good playcalling and strategy. Desean Jackson just can't run by any cornerback, but he can when the defense has their guard down or gives him single coverage because they are honoring another facet of the EAgle's offense.

Williams9387: Bravo, YOU GET IT!!! Sliders are a SECONDARY function that can be addressed based on individual styles. But before you design your own personal sliders, you first must UNDERSTAND THE WAY THE GAME IS PLAYED. You understand football. You are now thinking about how to get open without cheesing it with a dumb button being mashed by your grubby finger. You are now THINKING about schemes, cuts, timing, optimum windows of opportunity. You will now take more calculated risks and may force a pass or two and a run or two, but you will be better for it, and the rewards might just be your team holding up the Lombardi and creating the foundation for a Dynasty. But not just any dynasty, a dynasty built on your wits, and not just because you can outrun your shortcomings in football knowledge by simply calling Scotty in engineering and then conveniently tapping your NoZ tank sending you to warp speed. You are now thinking like a true GM and going forward, will look to draft a particular STYLE of player that fits YOUR OWN PERSONAL SYSTEM (ie. slider set) and not necessarily the best stud. You my friend are now becoming Belicheck for better or worse.

Kudos my new found friend, like many other good listeners and card carrying members of MENSA that are following this thread, you too are going to reap the greatest rewards from playing M13 and am sure will have a virtual trophy case of shining silver Lombardi's soon.

Keep me posted, give me feedback, so that the sliders can be tuned to tweak the game toward better realism by hitting all the sweet spots that true simmers demand and deserve, after so many years of giving EA are monies our hard earned duckets for inferior product.

Lost my first game as the redskins (10) to the browns (17). Overall it was a really fun game, neither offense could really get anything going. Trent Richardson was slow and steady rushing 34 times for 136 yards. Overall, I'm gonna keep testing these out, but so far they seem good. Just need to turn down the fumbles
