slider suggestions

so i need some slider advice on defaulte allpro i fell like passing and runing is a little bit to hard. But on pro passing and runing are to easy. Also on default all pro i find it to easy to stop the cumputers passing and runing. Dones anyone have advice to make it easer to run and throw but harder to stop the cumputers runing and passing.
