So my quarterback isn't moving at all for passing plays. I thought with the big update they fixed it so it would stay true for Coach mode. My running back will run automatically but my quarterback just stands there, does nothing. I've tried quick slants to see if that would be any different and he still just stands there.
I was hoping I could pick the plays and watch the offense go to work but I guess not.
Did you turn coach mode on under settings... ?
Game Options ... Then towards the bottom
It wont be in the settings for CCM ...
You have to do it at then main screen.. Turning it on the main screen will also turn it on in CCM
Playing as the Broncos (week 2). Sliders felt okay but felt like Matt Ryan should have completed more passes though, or attempted more passes as well. Peyton Manning kind of stinking it up was my fault, lol (not all that inaccurate considering he did throw 3 picks at Falcons, irl). I didn't run it too much, but when I did, they were for decent averages. Don't ask me why TG was returning a kick return, though. I never squib kicked it either, hmm.
Falcons actually faked a punt and completed a pass, go figure. Also Eric Decker is out for 4-6 weeks so yes, that is Chad Johnson, lol
Quarter length's might need to be 15 minutes though and with 12-14 for playclock. But the run attempt game might be too high.
Only my first game though using these sliders AND the first time ever using actual COACH MODE. Was lots of fun, even while losing! Good sliders, will play more with using them!

That's 145 yards for Peyton Manning. He was 17/25 for passing.
Thanks for the feed back ... Ill try some test today on 15 min quarters and see what results I get...
I changed my Defense run reaction to 5 from 0.. Felt like I was giving up some big runs.. Further test today ...

You CAN now after the patch...
At the main screen go to My Madden - Change Settings - Game Options - At the very bottom "Coach Mode"
This WILL enable it in CCM as well
There is no setting for it in CCM but this will work for it as well

This is my latest test results using the updated sliders I posted as of today...
using the Broncos against the Raven...
This was the first test game in which I took totally control over the playing calling as oppose to letting the CPU call the plays...
Game was pretty even threw the 1st quarter. In the 2nd, after a Flacco INT I was able to go up by 17. At this point the Ravens pretty much stopped running the ball. Leading 24 to 10 going into the 4th I decided to pound the ball. As the game progressed it felt like the Ravens D began to tire and running the ball became easier...
The Ravens never really tried to run the ball as they trailed the whole game..
Over all the game felt smooth..
15 min quarters went quicker then I expected with the Acce Clock run to 18 seconds. Choose 18 seconds because it allowed for enough time once at the line for any audibles or motion plays.
