Pass reaction slider for USER vs USER?

Is there a good pass reaction slider setting when playing head to head? I play in an online CC and it seems like whenever I play against either one of my two friends (3 man league) our receivers are shadowed stride for stride with the DBs and a high number of our passes are picked off. Does changing the user pass reaction time effect USER vs USER? If so, does anyone have a good setting?
