Speed threshold and game speed

I've been working on my own set of sliders (Thanks to jarodd, KB, and others)

but It seems that The Tackling and Threshold Slider seem to go hand and hand

I'm currently testing between Normal and Fast ... Also testing Different thresholds

Threshold seems to help out the pursuit of defensive players vs the RUN not so much the pass IMO

I was playing around with threshold and I noticed defenders going around blocks the wrong way downfield.

I've noticed that too and Sometimes they just turn around when a guy is running at them .... still trying to find things to counter that

Run Reaction, imo.

Usually, I see that crap when I try (or have to use) a low Run Reaction.

I think after about 20, you start to lose that behavior.

I have Run Reaction at 50 for both (I like to match sliders)

It seems to work well at 50 From my testing experiences

This is from a game developer and from was he is saying best game play and most realistic is game speed on slow and threshold at 35..Says madden is way to fast on normal.

So this is a very old thread but I'll open it back up for madden 17.

I'll keep it simple. Threshold works in tandem with game speed so...

Game speed Normal = default, so is 50 threshold
Slow speed is 75 threshold
Fast speed is 25 threshold

You get the idea.

So whatever speed you like there is a threshold to fit :-)

It needs to always be on zero speed threshold , especially with fatigue on
