Need slider set

Ok peoples,
I am going to get back into M13 but there is a catch, I need a slider set suited for my ability as a player. On a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being like the best OS Madden players (highest) and 1 being a rookie (lowest) , my brother said that my ability/skill level is around a 2 or a 3 (I've been playing Madden for 2 years).

Are there any slider sets that provide realistic-feeling gameplay for low skill/ability players (If you were wondering, I'm very smart in real life but I'm not good at football video games) ?

Just to let you know, feel free to create a slider set for me that fits my skill level/ability that gives realistic gameplay or refer me to a slider set.
