Yeah, it is nice when you see the DB come around the receiver and intercept the pass.

Did it feel competitive? or was it too easy?

I just finished a restart of WK1 Preseason NYG vs PIT with some penalty sliders added and still had another good game.

- NYG 1st possession PIT stopped me on a 4th and Goal from the 1. Thought that was really nice.
- PIT next possession they tried an unsuccessful fake punt. Haven't seen many fake punts by the CPU before.. that was sweet.
- Scoreless 1st Quarter
- Pretty much a nail biter all the way through
- PIT got the go ahead TD with 11 secs remaining. Really nice.
- I thought my running game was better and the CPU's
- Had some penalties
- Each team had only one sack each. Can't really comment on if it was due to the penalty adjustment or just the game itself
- Turnovers were many. Believe each team had at least one fumble and several picks. This may be due to penalty sliders, need to test in another game.

I am pretty confident that the Skill Sliders are pretty much set and done (I am going to kick back the fumbles to 40 on both PLAYER, CPU).

I will post what Penalty Sliders I am using after one more game.

Is there anyone else out there that has used these Skill Sliders?

Thanks.

The CPU QB accuracy has been good.. the overall game experience has been really comfortable and challenging. I think the CPU is doing well with these sliders and they are not horribly bad or stupidly good. I am about complete with testing and am really liking the feel of the game. Haven't had a season yet, because I wanted to get some good sliders first. I have added some penalty sliders and IMO they do effect gameplay, so I am just going to test one more tweak.

Thanks for trying these out and I am really interested in hearing about what you think of them.

Nice. Just had a down to the wire game vs the 49'ers. Here is the box score:

The game started off crazy.. Cap to Davis for like an 80yd TD. S.F. scored 21 and I scored 14 in the first quarter. Then it stabilized and was low scoring for the rest of the game.

Going to test a game in CFM to see if or how much of a difference gameplay is. Will post sliders late tonight.

Re: Meatball0311's Madden 25 (All-Madden) Sliders

***UPDATED FIRST POST***

I am happy with what I got so far, so I am going to stop messing with them and go with it for awhile. These games are not easy, but they don't feel like they are out of control, even if the CPU is whooping you. You always feel like you can come back and sometimes you do and sometimes you don't. That is why I like these. You have a fighting chance and have to practice not to make mistakes. I have not felt at anytime that the CPU was ripping me off. I can only blame myself for any losses. So here's the last test box score and I will update the 1st Post with my sliders and penalty sliders. I will be looking more into the Auto-Subs. I have been getting good subs, but haven't specifically paid attention to it. Also, will be looking more in depth at the penalty sliders.

Re: Meatball0311's Madden 25 (All-Madden) Sliders

From what I have seen penalty sliders do have an effect on gameplay. With the little research I have done, this is what I believe they do and effect. Any comments or suggestions?

OFFSIDE (DL)
-------
+ Increases block shedding and acceleration/explosiveness at the snap
- Decreases defenders aggressiveness

FALSE START (OL)
-------
+ Increases OL movement at the snap

HOLDING (OL, DL)
-------
+ Increases duration of blocks and has affect on higher rated OL of getting more penalties
- Decreases duration of blocks and more likely defenders will shed blocks

FACEMASK (DEF)
-------
+ Increases violence of hits
- Decreases

DPI (DB, DEF coverage)
-------
+ Decreases aggressiveness of DB's
- Increases

OPI (WR, route-running)
-------
+ Decreases aggressiveness of WR
- Increases

KR/PR INTER (DEF, responsiveness)
-------
+ Increases responsiveness of DEF (Reaction to ball)
- Decreases

CLIPPING (OL, blocking)
-------
+ Increases aggressiveness of downfield play
- Decreases

INT GRND (QB pocket presence)
-------
+ Decreases the pocket patience of QB
- Increases

RTP (QB pursuit, DEF aggressiveness)
---
+ Decreases aggressive tackle animations and diving tackles for sacks on the QB
- Increases

RTK (DEF pursuit)
+ Decreases global pursuit of DEFENDERS
- Increases
