I've found a halfway decent (and VERY simple) All-Madden "no-injuries" slider set for Madden 12 on the PSP.
All offense sliders = 10/15 (Human/CPU)
All defense sliders = 10/15 (Human/CPU, except for INT which is set at 5 for both)
Special teams sliders: leave punt and kickoff length alone, but max out field goal length and accuracy, and punt accuracy, for both you and the AI.
Difficulty = All-Madden
7-minute quarters (to compensate for lack of accelerated game clock)
injuries/fatigue/random weather/fight-for-fumble OFF
leave auto-subs on, and at default levels.
Finally, use the Rookie Mode control scheme. Easier controls make you play at a tougher level so the AI can't out-cheap you anymore. Even so, they still play a pretty mean game of football--the Falcons scored an early TD, but I (the Bears) responded with four unanswered (so far) scores--three FGs and a TD of my own. Jay Cutler is a REALLY good QB in this game! w00t!
