Yeah that's one of the things I'm looking into changing. If I can drop sack and fumble frequency and get more penalties called (whilst still keeping the gameplay ridiculously solid) I'll be happy.

Re: GJD23 & WTBB's Madden 25 All-Madden Sliders

I'm going out for a bit - I'll get back to these later on today/tonight and post results. I'll play about 3 games with the new penalty and slider adjustments you guys have mentioned.

Hopefully WTBB and co can get some games done and see if there's anything else we need to work on

Re: GJD23 & WTBB's Madden 25 All-Madden Sliders

[quote=wordtobigbird;2045660010]Went in with these settings. Rams at Vikings.

Roughing the kicker/KR Interference at 99

Will post the 1st half results right now.[/QUOT1int Note I also changed roughing the passer to 25. Based on KBlovers observations that this increases pass rush tenacity. Players are less scared of the penalty and get after QB. Will determine IG adjustment based on this. this is to allow teams like the rams to get a 4 man rush in a realistic amount of time.

Score 14-6 Rams-Vikings

Total offense: 181-133
Rushing: 61-92
Passing: 120-41
FDs: 8-7
PuntReturn: 66-0
KR: 44-0
Turnoevrs: 1-0
3rd down: 2/4-1/7
No penalties
Possession: 15:43-14:18

Passing:
Bradford: 14/20 120 70% 2td 1int 6.0ypa long27
Freenan: 8/14 65 57% 4.6ypa long16

Taking advantage of weak vikings secondary. Their safety as shown his wackness a couple of times. Cornerbacks are staying with WRs but unable to make plays. Freeman has been under pressure and misfiring. I'm loving the consistent pressure . he's only tried to tuck once. and he actually went left but DT got him. Another beautiful thing. 3 sacks taken. 2 by DT brockers and 1 by DT langford. Inside pressure! This has allowed me to play more coverage instead of my usually blitz happy self.

Peterson: 11 for 67 6.0avg. 2btk 22, yards after contact. Long 15
Gerhart: 3 for 25 long of 18.
Richardson 10 for 40. 6 yards after contact. Long 10.
Pead 1 for 21. Run to weak side. No defenders to tackle me.

Thanks RG for the fumble idea. Peterson is running like Peterson but within reason. Its taking a 2nd tackler and he's putting spin moves and stiff arms. He actually feels tough to bring down. But still possible of course. 100 CPU fum works very well with 100 HUM tackle. I think it helps the QBs too when they tuck so they don't always run right into a DE or always go right. My rushing felt good. I used the players abilities. When I tried to go up the middle with Richardson I was knocked back by DT. Sold on 25 human fumble. I had a WR fumble on a hit. Brings back my focus to cover the ball and not get carried away juking. Brings a risk element. I'm pretty sure the CPu will still fumble. We shall see.

Receiving

Peterson 3 for 32. Long 16
Gerhart 1 for 0.
Carlson 1 for 14
Webb 1 for 9
Child's 1 for 4
Jennings and Patterson both have key drops.

Austin 4 for 40. 1td. Long 21. Lob against cover 2. He outrun the cb and that sack safety couldn't get there in time.
Givens 3 for 26. 1td
Pettis 2 for 30. Long 27.
Richardson 2 for -2.
Bailey 2 for 18
Cook 1 for 8.

It was check down city for the Vikings. I did a lot of short stuff but picked my spots. Made a mistake throwing a slot 5 yard out late and the cb was waiting in zone behind the outside WR and picked me off.

Things still improving! Going to keep an eye out for unrealistic sacks. I also want to see how diff QBs play against these settings before I mess with IG.

No pancakes. 2 sacks given up by Vikings C. 1 by LG.

FS Giordano leads with 5 tackles (thanks to my control focusing on AP)
De Robinson 4.
DT brockers 4
Rolb bishop 3
T
2 tfl by Min

Things looking good and playing well!

Confirmed settings: roughing kicker 99, kr interference 99, hum fum 25, CPU fum 100.

Up in the air: roughing pass at 25. I am seeing improved pass rush as noted but idk if 25 is just right or too much or not enough yet.

I wouldn't reduce the Fumble slider, that will make for more fumbles. I would test 60 for CPU. Its really working well for the most part. I still force fumbles but It seems to allow the CPU Hb make smarter moves in the hole and even cutbacks against on overly aggressive D.
I'm bout to play my Preseason out w/ these updates along w/ my Penalties. I will let you guys know how it works out.

Yup. Raising the fumble slider worked.it definitely makes the CPU runners smart. I remember this from madden 13. As long as I eventually force some fumbles and don't get run over by weak backs I'm good.

So what team should I play where the QB would be able to sense pressure and make good decisions but they don't have a talented RB. That way I can test too things at once next game. Any suggestions welcome.

I like that you both added Chargers at the end lol. Since Rivers is having a good season and I don't think Matthews is all that i'll play them next. Stats and videos coming up now tho. And my bad GJD. I meant I have all the assist on, not just switch assist. And I noticed Richardson disappeared from the game late. Have to watch out for that. He wasn't on injury report, was top on depth chart, but pead was taking all snaps. when pead got hurt for a bit or was tired stacy came in. even saw 4th string RB. which is cool but i dont want might be that glitch.

(Stats are swapped because of editor. Wish it said home/away not your/cpu lol) Blew out the Vikings. Peterson was trying his best but Freeman had one of the worst games I've ever seen. Wait till you see the throws he was making. He only took 3 sacks though but the pressure effected him on a lot of plays. Highlight video coming up.
