NAH!!!, It can be just as much fun just watching your DEFENSIVE players Icons get Yellower, and Yellower as the CPU's Offensive line proceeds to Bitch Slap your tired out Defense all the way down the field! LOL......

But seriously, You don't have to if you just leave your SUB OUT/IN at default.

I am hoping to have the "PRO BOWLER" and "DRAFTEE" sliders finished by Kick Off of the DET @ NYG game on sunday. There will be a whole New Thread that will have the Sliders, plus Credit for all of those on the Slider Team, as well as some Tips on different Combinations of ways to use them so that Guy's Can go as Deep into utilyzing the Features of the Game That they want To, or to have the Basic "Party Time" Kind of Game that is Realistic, but doesn't require any additional Set Up for Packages or FaTigue....

Oh By the Way...."12" is explained in post #24 of this thread.....

Sm27,
Don't kid yourself, you've got a ton of satisfied customers. The amazing work you've done on this subject has added more to my enjoyment of Madden than anything else, ever. Period.
In fact, I gave up my perennial lurker status to come on here and say that.

Good stuff! So far I'm impressed with these.

You're welcome.
Okay, I've been using your sliders in yr 3 of a Redskins franchise. I was really surprised when the Hum INT slider went up on the last update, because my DB's have been picking everything. 13 in last 3 games, and they are not user picks 'cause I ain't that good.
After reading steelerz post about not controlling anyone on defense and that he liked the sliders better before the last update, I started thinking. I too have negligable stick skills on defense and was quite happy before Hum INT went up and Comp RB went down.
What if it's backwards this year? In 2004, Def AI was so bad almost anything you did yourself was an improvement. Maybe this year, part of why the Defensive AI is so jazzed up is how well all 11 players work in concert. Maybe, no matter how good your stick skills, the mere fact that 1 player (yours) is "freelancing" is enough to throw off the rest of the team just a smidge.
Hope that made some kind of sense.

SM, when you create these sliders, do you individually test a slider per game? How detail are your tests?
